Hospice RN Case Manager

Licensed Ohio RN with at least 1 year acute care experience; hospice experience preferred; proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Staff Educator-RN LPC

Staff Educator

RN license in Ohio; two years staff education experience; supervisory experience preferred; Windows/Microsoft Office proficiency; CPR Pro and First Aid Instructor certification preferred.

Unit Manager RN

RN required; Ohio license; 1 year supervisor experience; 3 years nursing experience; Windows/Office proficiency; EMR preferred.

Health Information Coordinator, Greater Youngstown

Health Information Coordinator

LPN license in Ohio; 1 year home health/hospice/long-term care experience; proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred; English proficiency.

Certified Medication Aide

High school diploma or equivalent; current Ohio CMA certification; CPR preferred; 1 year in assisted living; EMR proficiency; English language proficiency.

Maintenance Seasonal Position

High school diploma required; experience not required; valid driver's license needed.
