Associate degree in engineering or electrical technology plus 1 year experience; or high school diploma with 2 years experience; or completion of an apprentice program.

Experience in mechanical, electrical, steam maintenance; relevant education or apprenticeship.

Social Services Specialist Assistant

High school diploma or completion of 45 college credits; 1.5 years of customer service in social services or related community programs.

Caseworker

Bachelor's degree; valid New York driver’s license; willingness to travel across the county; occasional overnight on-call responsibilities.

Equipment Mechanic II

Associate degree or certificate in automotive/diesel technology and 1 year of skilled automotive repair experience; or high school diploma and 2 years of skilled automotive repair experience. Class B NYS driver’s license required; license maintained throughout employment.

Senior Veterans Services Assistant

Associate degree or high school plus two years’ experience assisting individuals with financial, employment, or benefit claims; VA accreditation within 6 months; honorably discharged from US Armed Forces.

Paralegal

Paralegal with associate degree or higher in paralegal/legal studies; 1 year paralegal/legal assistant experience; high school diploma with 3 years related experience; paralegal certificate may substitute for 1 year experience.

Environmental Health Aide

High school diploma or GED OR 1 year data/specimen collection experience; valid NY driver's license; license maintained throughout employment; pay: $18.20/hr.

Case Management Supervisor

Master's in social work/related field with 2+ years of social casework or related experience; or BA with 30 behavioral science credits and 3+ years; or BA with 4+ years; or AA with 6+ years. No exam required under HELP program.

Motor Vehicle Clerk

Minimum 30 college credits or high school diploma/equivalency plus clerical experience; valid NY driver’s license; able to travel across the county.
