Facilities Manager

Experience managing facilities, maintenance, capital projects, vendor relationships; strong organizational and leadership skills; on-site, full-time role in Little Rock. Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 40 lbs.

Provide safe, enriching after-school program for K-12, supervise youth, plan activities, support academics, maintain records, and collaborate with staff.

Designs and coordinates learning, training, and staff development; manages HRIS and performance reporting; collaborates with leaders to identify development needs.
