Controller

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; 7+ years in a Controller or similar accounting role.

Doorman/Security

High school diploma; experience in customer service preferred; strong interpersonal and security knowledge; able to stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds; background check required.

Field Supervisor

Supervise doorman team; lead, train, schedule; ensure safety; valid driver’s license and own vehicle; strong communication.

Receptionist

High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years receptionist experience; MS Office; 35 wpm; excellent communication; English fluent; Spanish bilingual; punctual and reliable; ability to multi-task.

Superintendent/Handyman

Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs; strong problem-solving, communication and scheduling skills; valid driver’s license; able to lift heavy items; knowledge of building codes and safety standards; FDNY/Fire safety certification preferred.

Maintain building, perform basic repairs, manage maintenance logs, safety compliance, and coordinate tasks.

Sales Manager

5-8 years in senior sales role in facilities/janitorial services; proven sales growth; strong leadership and communication skills.

General Handyman (Part-Time)

Handyman

Part-time handyman with basic building maintenance, safety compliance, and scheduling duties; must have relevant certifications and a valid driver’s license.

General handyman with ability for basic repairs, painting, carpentry; valid driver’s license; able to lift heavy items; good communication; maintain safety and logs.

General Handyman
