Accounting Manager

Oversee cash management, accounting records, budgeting; 10+ years nonprofit accounting; CPA/CA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting; strong Excel; on-site in Bartlesville.

Data Entry Associate, Level 1

Data Entry Associate

High school diploma or GED; 3+ months data entry/administrative experience; basic Microsoft Office; 60 WPM typing; strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Partner Care Specialist

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years in pastoral care, ministry, customer service, or missions. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.

Receipts Partner

HS required; 2 years general office experience; proficient in Excel and Word; experience in banking/cash reconciliation or donor software desired.

Field Leader

Five+ years cross-cultural ministry; four-year ministry/mission degree or related field; formal missiological/theological training; leadership overseeing staff and budgets; deconfliction with other leadership roles.

Human Resources Payroll Administrator

Payroll administration, onboarding, background checks, HR support; ADP payroll, MS Office; 1+ year HR/payroll experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
