Line Cook

Prepare and present foods for breakfast/lunch/dinner; assist banquet chefs; maintain mise-en-place; follow recipes; ensure food quality; manage inventory; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; food handler certification.

Line Cook- Butcher's Club

Prepare food to a quality standard, maintain station setup, sanitation, and communicate with the chef. Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent; certified cook or higher preferred.

Bellperson

High school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively.

Line Cook - Birdies

2-3 years culinary or hotel kitchen experience; Florida Food Handlers certificate; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; team player with professional appearance.

Golf Mechanic

Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented, desire to serve and create memories; previous auto/mechanical repair experience preferred.

Housekeeping Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel experience; English communication proficiency.

Guest Room Attendant

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months related experience or training; flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Houseperson

High school diploma or equivalent; prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred; English reading ability; basic reasoning and safety awareness.

Overnight Bellperson

Greet guests, assist with luggage, promote hotel amenities, and provide information; must be able to work flexible day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Rooms Maintenance Mechanic

General hotel maintenance in guestrooms, cottages, and public areas; flexible schedule; English communication; teamwork.

Spa Massage Therapist

High school diploma; 600 hours from a Florida Board of Massage approved school; Florida massage license; CPR and First Aid; special certifications a plus.

Fitness Attendant

High school diploma or equivalent; basic fitness equipment knowledge; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to stand and move; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Bell Captain

Supervise Bell & Valet staff; interview, train, evaluate performance; handle guest issues; coordinate with Front Office; oversee schedules and payroll; maintain records.

Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree; five years in hotel/resort marketing/advertising; experience in marketing/PR and digital campaigns.

Golf Shop Attendant

Customer service experience; basic golf knowledge; HS diploma; ability to work under pressure; good communication; cash handling; professional appearance.

Assistant Superintendent

Oversee maintenance and agronomic practices; supervise staff; 1-3 years turf grass experience; basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.
