Hot Pit Loader Operator

Loader Operator

Operate loaders in slag pits with strict safety protocol; perform pre-shift inspections; coordinate with pot carriers; must have HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; willing to work in a steel mill.

Hot Pit Truck Driver

High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; willingness to work in a steel mill; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; willing to work in a steel mill; experience optional; vocational training as a Hot Pit Loader.

General Manager

Proven experience in operations management, budgeting/forecasting, leadership, and safety compliance in an industrial setting.

Haul Truck Driver

Experience operating heavy equipment including haul trucks; able to perform on-site loading, transport of materials; ensure safety and maintenance; ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and overtime.

Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic

Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of heavy equipment; able to lift up to 50 lbs; good communication skills.

Crane Operator

Experience operating cranes or heavy equipment; ability to read safety procedures; outdoor industrial environment experience.

MRP Controller

High school diploma or GED; willingness to work in a steel mill; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

Laborer - Production Services

Laborer

High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to work in a steel mill; safety‑oriented and physically capable.

Pot Repair

Pot Repair Technician

High school diploma; welding/cutting/fabrication experience preferred; steel mill knowledge a plus; read blueprints; ability to work in hot, dusty environment.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment; perform inspections; document work; ensure safety and compliance.

Experience in operations, budgeting/forecasting, leadership; strong communication and organizational skills.

High School diploma or GED; experience with technical equipment; strong mechanical background; diesel engines, hydraulics, air suspension; safety and teamwork.

Experience operating cranes or heavy equipment; read safety procedures; outdoor industrial work.

Operate loaders safely, perform inspections, coordinate with pot carriers, and support production; HS diploma/GED and valid driver’s license required; willingness to work in a steel mill; OSHA safety certifications preferred.

Scrap Cutter

Heavy equipment operation experience; able to lift 40 lbs; 10-12 hour shifts; valid driver’s license; safety compliance; flexible hours and shifts; reliable teamwork.

Pit Loader Operator

High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to work in a steel mill; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
