Occupational Therapist

Bachelor's degree, state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligible, NBCOT certification, minimum 1 year experience, CPR certification.

Physical Therapist

Graduate of an approved physical therapy program; possess Physical Therapy license; current CPR; capable of PT evaluation, planning and treatment.

Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant

Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant

PA-C or CRNP licensure required; NRCME certification preferred.

Aide

High school education or equivalent; current CPR certification; experience in healthcare preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Associate degree or PTA program graduate; CPR certification; 2 years experience preferred.
