Driver

Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record; experience driving a passenger van (12-16 person) preferred.

Counselors

Therapist

Bachelor’s in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling; CADC/CAADC/MCBAP Development Plan; 2+ years SUD counseling; trauma-informed care; co-occurring disorders; PIHP familiarity in Michigan.

Human Resources 

HR Manager

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 2+ years HR experience; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred; proficient with MS Office and HRIS; ADP payroll knowledge; strong communication and confidentiality.

Certified Peer Recovery Coach

Provide non-clinical, recovery-focused peer support; requires peer recovery certification; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; high school diploma or GED; minimum two years in recovery; experience in housing/transport and trauma-informed care preferred.

Group Therapist 

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; state licensure as a therapist or counselor; group therapy experience; CADC/CADDC/MCBAP development plan; 2+ years in substance abuse counseling; trauma-related training preferred.

Residental Aides

High School Diploma or GED; CPR/BLS certification preferred; pass drug screen; strong communication and computer skills.
