Automotive Sales

High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Prior automotive sales is a plus but not required.

Parts Driver

Valid Michigan driver license with clean record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; familiarity with automotive parts; good communication; punctual and reliable.

Proven sales ability with strong communication; positive attitude; customer-focused; goal-driven; tech-savvy; automotive experience preferred but not required.

Lube Technician

Proven experience as a Lube Technician or similar automotive service role; familiar with vehicle systems; able to use diagnostic tools; detail-oriented; good team communication; valid driver’s license.

Lot Attendant

Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift; outdoor work; detail-oriented; positive attitude.

Willing to train; sales experience a plus. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong communication and work ethic.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Two+ years automotive sales experience; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; on-site in Flint, MI; valid driver’s license; CRM software familiarity.

Valid driver's license; prior lube tech or automotive experience; knowledge of automotive systems; ability to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented; willingness to learn.

Automotive Tech

ASE certifications preferred; valid driver’s license; strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills; proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and software; ability to work independently and in a team; attention to detail.

Service Advisor

Proven customer service experience in dealership or automotive setting; strong communication; proficient with DMS; valid driver’s license; multitasking in a busy environment.
