Transition Specialist

High School Diploma or equivalent; 35-hour work week; valid driver’s license; background checks; knowledge of transition services.

Independent Living Specialist

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of Independent Living and Medicaid; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Health Care Counselor

One to two years working with people with disabilities or diverse populations; Medicaid knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent customer service and phone skills.

Social Care Network Navigator

Assist referrals, screenings, and link to community resources; requires high school or higher, degree preferred; driver’s license required.

Human Resource Support Specialist

HR support role with reporting, ADP/HRIS experience, and strong confidentiality.

Senior Accountant

Nonprofit senior accountant with 3+ years in finance; supervisory experience; CPA strongly preferred, MBA may be considered.

Compliance Administrative Assistant

Administrative role supporting compliance tasks; data handling, document preparation, filing, and training distribution.

Help Desk Support Specialist

2 years of computer help desk experience; associate degree preferred; strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Budget Liaison

Reimbursement Specialist

High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience; experience in reimbursements; strong communication; MS Office proficiency; attention to detail.

Chief Human Resource Officer

Oversee HR operations, policy development, compliance, talent management, compensation, benefits, and HRIS for nonprofit/healthcare-related environment.

Driver

Operate agency vehicles; valid NYS driver's license with 2 years clean record; High School Diploma; read/write English; GPS usage; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; good communication.

Transportation Supervisor

2+ years direct staff supervision; associate degree preferred; NY driver license required; knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, DOT; routing, scheduling, and billing experience.
