Youth Care Worker- Part Time On Call

Youth Care Worker

Part-time on-call youth care role; requires high school diploma, driver's license, 1+ year trauma-informed and youth care experience.

Part-time youth care role requiring high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and 1 year of youthcare/child welfare experience.

High school diploma; 1 year youth care experience in child welfare; valid Driver's License; background checks and TB test; able to pass child abuse registry.

High school diploma, driver’s license, 1+ year experience in youth/child care; trauma-informed care; pass background checks and health screenings.

Therapist

Master’s degree in a related field; LCSW/LMSW or LPC/LLMSW licensed in Michigan; 2+ years with at-risk youth; valid state driver’s license with clean driving record; background check, drug screen, TB test; ability for telehealth and in-person sessions.

Facility Administrator

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field; licensed in state; minimum 5 years senior clinical leadership; supervision of multidisciplinary teams.

DIRECT JUVENILE SUPPORT WORKER (COACH COUNSELOR)

Direct Juvenile Support Worker

High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background checks and TB test; 21+ years old.

High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21; ability to pass background and health screenings; valid driver’s license; 12-hour shifts with 3.5 days per week schedule.

DIRECTOR OF GROUP LIVING

Director

BA/BS in related field; four years residential facility management; 21+; background checks; valid Driver’s License; schedule Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 with evenings/weekends as needed.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteer

Must be 21+, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, sign confidentiality and ethics agreements, and communicate effectively.

Volunteer role requiring 21+ years, background check, ability to follow instructions, communicate and maintain confidentiality.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Staff Accountant

Bachelor’s in accounting with 3-5 years of accounting experience, or 5+ years of accounting experience; MS Office required; Great Plains preferred; ability to pass background checks.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Program Director

Bachelor's degree required; four years residential facility management experience; must pass background checks.

REGISTRAR (Part Time)

School Registrar

Minimum of two years of college education and at least three years of experience in an office environment. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.

OVERNIGHT YOUTH CARE WORKER

Overnight Youth Care Worker

High school diploma or equivalent; 21+; pass background check, drug screen, physical, TB test; pass child abuse registry search.

High school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years old, able to pass background checks and health tests.

PART TIME YOUTH CARE WORKER

Part-time Youth Care Worker; HS diploma or equivalent; 21+; background check, drug screen, TB test; 29 hours/week; starting pay $18/hour.
