2+ years maintenance in manufacturing; troubleshoot mechanical/electrical; read schematics; PLC, motors; basic welding; 480V.

Quality Technician

Inspect, test, and document quality; read blueprints; experience with SPC/PPAP; IATF 16949 preferred; HS diploma required.

Quality inspection in manufacturing; read blueprints; use calipers/micrometers; attention to detail; HS diploma; manufacturing experience preferred.

Secondary Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift (Medicoil)

Youth Apprentice

High school students; year-long program (~450 hours); rotate through maintenance, production, and grinding; mentored; hands-on manufacturing environment; paid program.

Tool Room Machinist

Experienced machinist with manual/CNC experience; read blueprints; set up machines; precision measuring; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Secondary Operator - 3rd shift (R&L Spring)

Follow work instructions, read basic blueprints; operate production equipment; use tablets/computers; basic tool knowledge; HS diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred.

Four-Slide Setup Operator
