Life Enrichment Aide

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred; strong interpersonal skills; ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds; CPR/First Aid may be required; background check and health/TB screening.

Maintenance assistant

Experience in maintenance or handyman is preferred; basic knowledge of building systems; ability to lift and perform physical tasks; dependable and flexible; healthcare or senior living experience is a plus.

Trained Medication Aide (TMA)

Trained Medication Aide

Certified medication aide with HS diploma; flexible schedule ( evenings, weekends, holidays ); strong communication and pharmacology terminology knowledge; may cover as CNA as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant

Current CNA certification or eligible to take classes; compassion, patience, attention to detail, calm under pressure, interpersonal skills, physical strength, ability to work long shifts.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse

Minnesota RN license; strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork; compassionate, dependable, resident-focused.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse

Active Minnesota LPN license; knowledge of nursing practices and regulations; strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills; resident-focused and collaborative; LTC experience preferred.
