Admissions Recovery Coach/RSPS

High school diploma or GED; RSPS-I status or RSPS certification; 2 years recovery lived experience; knowledge of substance use and ethical standards.

Residential Case Manager

Licensed or credentialed LCDC Intern (LCDC I) or equivalent in Texas; substance use/behavioral health experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid Texas Driver's License with proof of insurance.

Program Assistant

Assist with record keeping, data entry, and census management; ensure confidentiality; communicate with admissions; trauma-informed care; data management; high school diploma; 1-3 months related experience preferred.

Recovery Coach

High school diploma/GED required; 1-3 months with 500 hours and 25 supervised hours of related experience; recovery and crisis intervention experience; knowledge of substance use and ethical standards; Recovery Coach Certification required.

Van Driver/Recovery Advocate

Texas driver’s license with proof of insurance; CPR and Infant CPR; First Aid; PMAB training; High school diploma or GED; 0-3 months related experience or training; residential setting experience preferred.

Caring for Two Recovery Coach

High school diploma or GED; 2 years related experience; peer recovery support background; Texas Peer Recovery Coach certification or equivalent; willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Psych Tech/Recovery Advocate Level 1 and 2 - Evening/Overnight Shift

Psych Tech/Recovery Advocate

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in behavioral health; strong communication; ability to work overnight shifts.

Certified Medication Technician

Licensing for Certified Medication Technician or Certified Pharmacy Technician; prior experience preferred; strong detail orientation and teamwork.

Contract Counselor

Counselor

Provide substance use disorder counseling; must hold LCDC or equivalent; 2+ years social services experience; licensure substitutions permitted.

Residential Counselor

Licensed or credentialed in LCDC/LPC/LMSW (Texas) or equivalent; Bachelor's or Master's in Counseling/Social Work/Psychology/Criminal Justice or 4+ years related experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid Texas driver’s license if driving; experience in substance use disorders and trauma-informed care.

Childcare Provider

HS diploma or GED; 1-3 months related childcare experience; CPR/First Aid/AED; PMAB training; ability to follow instructions; maintain confidentiality.

Male Parent Coach - Contractor

Male Parent Coach

Master's in social work or related field or LPC/LMFT/LCDC; 3+ years counseling/case management in SUD/social services; knowledge of evidence-based practices; TX driver's license if driving for SMH.

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months, 500 hours, 25 supervised hours; recovery/crisis experience; substance use knowledge; Recovery Coach Certification.
