Behavioral Health Counselor

Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; NY licensure (LCSW-R/LCSW/LMSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible; 1-2 years supervised experience; valid NYS driver’s license; managed care experience preferred.
