Fabricator/Assembler

High school diploma; 1+ year fabrication/assembly experience preferred; read blueprints; use hand/power tools; basic math; lift 50 lbs; standing.

CNC Machinist (Mill)

CNC Machinist

2+ years CNC machining experience; multi-axis (up to 5-axis) mills/4-axis lathes; HAAS control experience; G-code knowledge; CAD/CAM (Solidworks/Mastercam) proficiency; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Electrical Panel Builder 

Design, assemble, and test custom electrical control panels; experience with PLCs and HMIs; familiarity with electrical hardware and schematics; Ignition experience a plus; mechanical experience desirable.

CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

CNC Machine Operator

2-3 years of CNC setup/programming/operating on 3-axis and 5-axis machines; read blueprints; troubleshoot; Haas or Nakamura controls; work in mil-aerospace prototype environment.

Mold Maker 

5+ years as an Injection M molding Mold Maker; strong GD&T, precision machining, reading drawings; experience with hardened steels and high-cavitation tooling; aerospace/medical background preferred.

Welder (MIG & TIG)

Welder

MIG & TIG welding experience; able to read blueprints; detail-oriented; able to work independently; welding certification is a plus but not required.

Mechanical Engineer (Entry-Level)

Mechanical Engineer

Entry-level mechanical engineer with internship experience, CAD proficiency, GD&T, and strong problem-solving; bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mechanical Engineer (Mid-Level)

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3-5 years of mechanical design/analysis experience; proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo); knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.

ESPRIT Programmer
