Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with state license; minimum 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare; nursing education or LPN/LVN program completion; able to supervise CNAs and coordinate care.

Must possess a current unencumbered license to practice as LPN/LVN or RN; supervisory nursing experience preferred.

Laundry Assistant

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must read, write, and understand English; ability to work harmoniously with staff and residents.

Housekeeper

Perform daily housekeeping tasks in a healthcare facility, maintain cleanliness, follow infection prevention procedures, and coordinate with nursing staff.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant

Licensed CNA in state; provide routine daily nursing care per care plan; documentation and infection control.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse

Current active RN license in state; minimum 2 years nursing experience; nursing degree from accredited program or LPN/RN program; able to coordinate care with IDT; strong communication and teamwork.

Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a nursing/health care facility; nursing degree required; RN or LPN/LVN license in state; English fluency.

Cook/Kitchen Staff

Cook

One year food experience; supervisory capacity preferred.

Certified Medication Aide

Administer medications under supervision; follow facility policies; document and report medication errors; observe and report resident responses; manage medication inventory; high school education required; CMA certification required.

Registered Nurse (RN)-weekend Part-Time

Two years of RN/LPN experience; nursing degree; current, active license in the state.

Dietary Aide

Dietary aide responsibilities include food prep, diet changes, administrative tasks, tray coordination, sanitation, safety, and some supervisory duties. One year supervisory experience preferred.
