Associate degree or 2+ years computer repair experience; A+ or technical certification preferred; knowledge of imaging, hardware components, and disassembly/assembly of computers; ability to order parts and maintain repair records; strong communication and organizational skills; background check and drug test required.

Help Desk Technician

High school diploma; 1-2 years help desk/tech support; Windows/macOS; Google Workspace; basic networking; valid driver's license; able to pass background check.

College degree required; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; Salesforce or similar CRM desired; strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service mindset; basic IT product knowledge.

Contract Administrator I

Assist in administering contracts and purchase orders; coordinate with government PMO/CO and OEMs; ensure contract compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Small Business Liaison Officer

Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of direct experience with small business programs, subcontracts, and/or subcontracting plans; strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; fast-paced environment multitasking; strong interpersonal and written communication; knowledge of government subcontracting and FAR.
