Assist with patient flow, vital signs, specimen collection, and room prep; MA degree/certification required; 3-6 months experience; current BLS; EKG/Phlebotomy preferred.

Care Team LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse with 1-3 years clinical or physician office experience; current BLS and Infection Control Certifications.

Certified Recovery Peer Advocate

NY Certification as Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) or CRPA-P with plan to obtain full certification; NY OASAS background clearance required; at least 1 year outpatient substance use treatment experience preferred; experience conducting outreach using patient-centered, evidence-based practices.

Patient Care Coordinator

Master's or higher degree from an accredited PA or NP program; NY license; BLS and infection control certs; current DEA registration if applicable; Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:15pm schedule.

Associate degree or Medical Assistant certificate; EKG and phlebotomy training preferred; 3-6 months of relevant experience; current BLS certification.

Volunteer

Unpaid volunteer assignment; strong communication, empathy, and ability to work with diverse populations; bilingual skills preferred; health clearance and background checks may be required; training in confidentiality, HIPAA, trauma-informed care provided.

Dentist

Dentist with NY license, graduate of accredited dental school, BLS and infection control certifications, and valid DEA registration.
