Leadership of life enrichment programs in a senior living setting; 2+ years leadership; degree in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy or related field preferred; strong organization and communication skills; knowledge of state regulations; MS Office proficiency; willingness to work evenings/weekends; passion for improving residents’ lives.
