2nd Shift Monitor

Monitors provide 24-hour supervision of The Healing Place and its clients/guests. 2nd Shift Monitor

Monitor supervision, safety, incident response, documentation; rounds and client assessment; basic computer skills; CPR readiness.

3rd Shift Monitor

Monitor

Support residents, conduct rounds, document incidents and ensure safety.

Team Leader - 1st Shift

Team Leader

High School Diploma or equivalent; RPSS or CADC or ability to obtain; basic computer skills; active Driver’s License; CPR; strong interpersonal, organization, and time management; self-motivated; effective verbal and written communication.

Team Leader - 2nd Shift

High school diploma; RPSS or CADC or willing to obtain; basic computer skills; valid driver’s license; CPR certification; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; self-motivated.

Clinician Level 4

Clinician

Senior clinical leadership role with supervision of clinicians; MSW/Counseling or related field; KY licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LCADC or equivalent); experience in behavioral health and SUD treatment; strong leadership and EHR proficiency.

Clinician Level 3

Master's degree in Social Work or related field; active Kentucky licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LCADC); experience in behavioral health/substance use; EHR proficiency; ability to supervise; strong communication.

Clinician Level 2

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling; active Kentucky associate-level licensure (CSW, LPCA, LCADCA or equivalent); experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred; proficient with EHR; strong communication and time management.

Clinician Level 1

Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; pursuing or eligible for CADC; interest in substance use and behavioral health; strong communication; basic documentation skills; able to work in a fast-paced residential setting.
