Lead Electrician Commercial

Lead Electrician

3+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work; NEC knowledge; read blueprints; Ohio driver’s license; install/repair electrical systems.

Service Plumber

5+ years residential/commercial service plumbing experience; Ohio driver’s license; strong troubleshooting and customer service; able to lift 50 lbs.

5+ years HVAC installation experience; strong knowledge of HVAC systems; able to troubleshoot; proficient with hand/power tools; able to lift/move equipment; good customer service

HVAC Maintenance Technician

3+ years HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred; EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification; valid driver’s license; insurable driving record; strong communication and reliability.

5+ years HVAC service experience preferred; minimum 3 years required; strong electrical background; EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification; valid driver’s license with insurable record; able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Experience in residential and commercial HVAC/refrigeration, sales-driven, customer-facing, ability to read schematics, provide recommendations, and close work.

Apprentice (HVAC, Plumbing and Electric)

Apprentice

Apprentice in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades; high school diploma preferred; willingness to learn; physically capable; valid driver’s license preferred.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years supporting senior executives in legal, HR, or regulated environments; strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office; ability to handle confidential information.

Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, warehouse/delivery experience preferred.

Plumbing Apprentice Field Trainer

Journeyman plumber with 5+ years mentoring experience; strong communication; Ohio driver’s license; field training focus.

Fleet Mechanic

5+ years experience; ASE Certification; DOT inspector certification a plus; own hand tools; basic computer skills; welding/fabrication a plus.

Backflow Tester

Ohio Certified Backflow Tester with 5+ years experience; own driver’s license; able to test/repair/replace backflow assemblies; strong customer service.

Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to project managers; organize files; manage documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in construction or project administration preferred.

Project Manager

5+ years project management in multi-site, service-based or construction environment; cross-functional coordination; experience with HRIS/payroll (Paylocity), CRM, and field service tools.

Plumbing Service Technician

4-5 years lead plumbing technician; Service Titan experience preferred; strong plumbing knowledge; diagnose and troubleshoot; menu pricing/service-type sales; valid driver’s license; reliable, customer-focused.
