8 days on/6 days off; HS diploma; 19+; First Aid/CPR; WFR preferred; clear background check; able to hike with 40+ lb loads; US work eligibility.

Medical Quality Assurance Specialist

Maintains oversight of medical records, conducts audits, ensures HIPAA/compliance, EMR management, and administrative support.

Graveyard Shift

High school diploma required; 1st Aid & CPR certified; WFR preferred; 19+; English fluency; background check; pre-employment health assessment; eligible to work in USA.

Medical Assistant

Current EMT, CNA or MA Certification; CPR and First Aid; Utah driver license; pass background check; able to lift up to 25 lbs; good communication; basic computer and math skills; gain Aegis certifications within 30 days.

Clinical Intern

Pursuing a degree in psychology or related field; basic therapeutic knowledge; strong communication; pass background check; eligible to work in USA; current or achievable first aid/CPR; eager to learn.

Primary Therapist

Therapist

Advanced degree in mental health; 2+ years clinical experience; Utah DOPL license in good standing; pass background and motor vehicle checks; eligible to work in USA; First Aid & CPR; crisis intervention cert; driver’s license required; wilderness therapy experience preferred.
