RENTAL COMPACT CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST

2+ years in equipment rental or construction sales; strong knowledge of construction equipment; ability to prospect, build relationships, and close sales; valid driver’s license; travel locally; Bachelor’s in Business Management preferred or 5+ years in compact equipment industry.

High school or equivalent; customer service experience; phone handling; data entry; ability to lift 40-75 lbs; ability to work with diverse customers.

Diesel and hydraulic repair experience, compact equipment repair, ability to operate machinery, strong safety awareness, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

2-5 years small engine repair experience; technical/vocational training preferred; gas and diesel engine repair experience; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; operate machinery safely.
