Construction Quality Control Manager

Bachelor's in construction management or similar; 5+ years in construction management; QA/QC experience on federal projects; certifications preferred.

Quality Control Manager

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or similar; 5+ years experience; RMS 3.0 knowledge; federal project experience; OSHA 10/30 preferred; US citizenship and security clearance requirements; driver license; background checks.

Low Voltage Technician

Experience installing low-voltage systems; ability to pass federal background checks, drug screening, and obtain base access clearance; valid driver's license; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

LEA Oregon Limited Energy Technician

Limited Energy Technician Apprentice

One year as LEB Apprentice preferred; must pass background checks; valid driver’s license; able to read/speak English; high school diploma or GED.

Heavy Equipment Operator

2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience; CDL preferred; valid driver’s license; able to pass drug tests; safety-focused.

QC/QA management experience in construction, federal government projects preferred; BS/BA in CM or related field; OSHA 10/30; US citizenship; background checks for security clearances; valid driver’s license.

Skilled Laborer

10+ years construction trades experience; proficient with power tools and machinery; able to lift heavy materials; valid driver's license; OSHA 10 preferred.

MEDC: Tribal One

Construction Project Manager

Senior construction project manager with 10+ years' experience leading federal government construction projects; US citizen or permanent resident; strong budgeting, scheduling, and client relations skills.

 Low Voltage Technician

One year as a registered LEB Apprentice (preferred); valid driver license; ability to pass background checks and drug screen; English proficiency; HS diploma or GED.

Superintendent

Bachelor's degree preferred; OSHA 30 and CPR/1st Aid certifications; US citizenship or permanent residency; valid driver license; ability to travel 50-75% to Colorado sites; background checks; drug screening.

Property Condition Assessor/Inspector

Minimum 3 years of experience performing property inspections, strong data collection, reporting skills, and ability to travel across U.S. sites.

Bachelor's in construction management or architecture; 5+ years' experience; RMS; QC certification; OSHA 10/30 preferred; valid driver license; background checks.
