Provide ADL/IADL assistance, light housekeeping, meals, errands; requires driver license, auto insurance, background check, smartphone for EVV; PSS certification; high school diploma preferred but not required.

Physical Therapist

Licensed or registered as a Physical Therapist in Maine; ability to travel to client residences; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; strong communication and physical stamina.

Licensed Physical Therapist with Maine licensure; at least 1 year institutional experience preferred; must travel to clients' residences and hold a valid State driver’s license.

Behavioral Health Professional

Part-time Behavioral Health Professional with high school diploma, driver license, auto insurance, background check, smartphone for electronic visit verification; provisional BHP certification; First Aid/CPR; experience with children with disabilities preferred.

Valley Home Health Services - Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist

Licensed occupational therapist with state registration, one year institutional experience, and ability to travel to clients' residences.

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, licensed or registered, with at least 1 year institutional experience; must travel by car.

Part-time Behavioral Health Professional; HS diploma, driver’s license, auto insurance, background check, smartphone for EVV; Provisional BHP certification; First Aid/CPR; experience with children with disabilities preferred.

Part-time Behavioral Health Professional with HS diploma, driver’s license, auto insurance; background check; smartphone with data for electronic verification; provisional BHP certification; First Aid/CPR; experience with children with disabilities preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse

Licensed Maine RN; per-diem home health visits; assess, review care plans, administer injections, venipuncture, travel to clients.

Skilled Nursing RN

RN with Maine license, BLS, 1+ year home health or medical-surgical experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel to clients’ homes; strong communication and assessment skills.

RN with Maine license, valid BLS, 1+ year home health or medical-surgical experience; willing to travel; flexible hours including weekends and on-call.

Independent Support Services Worker

Part-time role up to 30 hours; high school graduate preferred; experience with chronically ill/elderly preferred; able to read/write; work independently; maintain client confidentiality.
