Shift Lead-FOH

Shift Lead

Supervise staff, ensure policies, maintain cleanliness, mentor, manage guest resolutions, and control costs.

Cook

Produce/menu items per recipes, maintain safety/ sanitation, adhere to procedures, and work efficiently in a team.

Manager FOH

High school diploma; prior restaurant management experience preferred; strong leadership; customer service focus; good time management; proficient with MS Office; able to work 50+ hours/week.

Assistant General Mgr

Assistant General Manager

Minimum 1 year managerial/supervisory experience; valid driver’s license and car insurance; hospitality/business degree preferred; Serve Safe certifications preferred; Management Training Program certification required after hire.

2 years of work or related experience preferred; must be able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays; flexible schedule.

Guest-focused hospitality, time management, and team collaboration skills.

Server

Hospitality experience preferred; strong guest service; ability to multi-task and communicate well.

Two years related experience preferred; exceptional hospitality; time management.

Manager

Restaurant management experience required; supervisory leadership; strong customer service.

Archco Holdings

Experience as a host/hostess; strong customer service, communication, and organization; knowledge of health/safety regulations; able to work shifts; physically able to stand and walk.

Restaurant Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food safety, customer service, and 50-hour work weeks; management experience preferred.

High school diploma required; previous restaurant management experience preferred; strong supervisory and customer service skills; 50-hour workweek; MS Office proficiency.

Supervise staff, adhere to policies, ensure cleanliness, guest resolution, training, and cost controls; HS diploma, driver's license, on-the-job training, ServSafe preferred; 2 years restaurant experience preferred.

Shift Leader

Lead shift with supervision, maintain standards, manage costs and guest satisfaction.

Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience; cashier duties; cleanliness and safety; patient, friendly attitude; strong people skills; trustworthy; high school diploma a plus but not required.

Excellent hospitality, time management, and guest service skills; ability to interact with guests and work on your feet.

Prep Cook

Two years of related experience preferred; able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
