Provide case management for youth in care; document and coordinate services; strong communication; Bachelor's in behavioral sciences; 1+ year experience; CPR/First Aid; CPI certification; valid driver’s license.

Direct Care Worker

Residential youth program experience; HS diploma required; driver’s license; flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays).

Shift Supervisor

Supervises youth care staff, coordinates operations, ensures safety and policy compliance.

Cook

Prepare nutritious meals for children, follow dietary restrictions, ensure food safety, and collaborate with staff.

Child Care Worker

Direct supervision of children, safety, policy compliance; HS diploma, 21+, TB test, background checks, CPR/First Aid, CPI; valid driver’s license; certification within 180 days.

Case Manager 

Manage case services for child and sponsor evaluations, coordinate with ORR, ensure compliance, and coordinate travel; requires bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field, 1+ year experience preferred, bilingual preferred.

Youth Care Worker

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year child welfare experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; flexible schedule; TB test; drug test; vaccinations; background checks; CPR/First Aid; CPI; valid driver’s license.

Minimum 1 year in public healthcare with care coordination or health administration; LIC/RN/LPN or bachelor’s; CPR/First Aid; driver’s license; background checks; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Bachelor’s in human/social services preferred; 2+ years in child welfare or similar; valid driver’s license; flexible schedule.

Case Aide (Case Management)

Case Aide

Assist case managers with administrative tasks, records, scheduling, and coordination; requires GED/high school, 21+, driver license, background checks, CPR/First Aid, CPI certification; bilingual preferred; flexible schedule.

Lead and supervise youth care staff, ensure safety and program delivery, manage schedules, coordinate events, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Transportation Specialist (FULL-TIME)

Transportation Specialist

Must be 21+, valid driver’s license, flexible schedule, able to pass background checks, CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications, able to lift up to 50 lbs, may require drug test.

Transportation Specialist (PART-TIME)

Part-time transportation role requiring high school diploma, 1 year child welfare experience, valid driver's license, flexible schedule, background checks and CPI/CPR training as needed.

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred; valid driver’s license; able to obtain FBI Background, Child Abuse Clearance, and FL State Police Clearance.
