1+ year on-site property maintenance; EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification; valid Texas driver’s license; ability to work independently or in a team; on-call every other week.

Service Technician

At least 6 months of maintenance experience; able to work independently or with a team; able to follow instructions; weekends/on-call as needed.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant

At least 1 year leasing experience; bilingual English/Spanish required; strong leasing/closing, communication, organization; 30 WPM; Word/Excel/Outlook; Yardi or equivalent; able to work Saturdays.

Assistant Community Manager

On-site property management experience; strong bookkeeping; proficient communication; Word/Excel/Outlook; Yardi knowledge preferred; ability to work Saturdays every other weekend.

Part-Time Leasing Agent

Leasing Agent

At least 1 year leasing/sales/customer service experience; strong communication; 30 WPM; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi; valid VA driver's license; able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Service Technician I

Entry level maintenance; 6+ months preferred; valid LA driver's license; able to work independently or with a team; able to perform physical tasks; weekend/on-call rotation.

Maintenance experience in apartment communities; bilingual English/Spanish; able to work independently or in a team; on-call weekends; valid Texas Driver’s License.

At least 1 year maintenance experience on an apartment community; able to follow instructions; work independently or in a team; weekends/on-call; must have a valid Texas Driver's License.

Leasing Consultant

At least 1 year of class A leasing consultant experience; strong leasing and closing skills; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to type 30 WPM; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi; valid Texas driver’s license.

Apartment Service Technician II

1 year on-site property maintenance; EPA Level II/Universal refrigerant; CPO; valid Texas driver’s license; able to work independently or with a team; weekends/on-call as needed.

Leasing experience (6+ months), strong communication, typing 30 WPM, Word/Excel/Outlook, Yardi or similar, ability to work Saturdays, bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
