Maintenance Tech/Industrial Mechanic/Top-Mechanic/Millwright

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance experience; strong mechanical skills; able to read/write and communicate; able to work rotating 12-hour shifts; lift up to 50 lbs; operate forklifts/front-end loaders; welding/cutting/fabrication skills; read blueprints; knowledge of sugar factory processes.

Storekeeper

High school diploma or equivalent; storeroom experience; strong computer skills; forklift operation; ability to manage multiple priorities; leadership abilities.

Sugar End Technician

Monitor sugar end operations, adjust factory processes, input data, and communicate results; maintain safety and quality standards.

Electrical Engineer

Ten years in electrical engineering in industrial settings; BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology; AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E; PLC cabinets, MCC, and switchboards experience; travel up to 50%; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Maintenance Manager

Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering preferred; 5-7 years in maintenance management; CPMM (Certified Professional Maintenance Manager) preferred; experience with sugar processing and large industrial equipment; SAP/CMMS experience.

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience; maintenance/mechanical experience with process and packaging equipment; strong troubleshooting, safety leadership, and communication skills.

Electromechanical Technician

2+ years in automated systems; associate degree or diploma in electromechanical/mechatronics preferred; PLC/SCADA knowledge preferred.
