RN with active state license; 3 years acute care nursing; 1 year case management; CCM preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred; BLS required; strong communication and computer skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of general medical terminology preferred; 1 year in healthcare; typing 40 wpm.

Social Worker

Bachelor's in social work or related field; 3-5 years experience; licensed in state (RSW/GSW/MSW) preferred; basic computer skills; English literacy.

RN - NURSE PRACTITIONER PRN

Nurse Practitioner

Masters degree with CRNP certification; current state license; 2-4 years LTAC/rehab experience preferred; critical care experience preferred; English proficiency; basic computer skills.

Physical Therapist PRN

Physical Therapist

Bachelor degree from an APTA-accredited PT program; current state license; license renewal per state board; English proficiency; two years experience preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Physical Therapy Assistant

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant; current state PTA license; long-term acute care experience preferred; English proficiency with good communication; basic computer skills.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant PRN

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program; current state license; CPR; long term acute care/rehab experience preferred; English communication; basic computer skills.

Environmental Services/ Floor Technician

Environmental Services Floor Technician

High school diploma preferred; 1-3 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospital; must read/write/speak English.

Registered Nurse

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current state RN license; LTC/rehab and CC experience preferred; English proficiency; intermediate MS Office; BLS required; ACLS preferred; PICC/ specialty certifications recognized.

CNA or LNA certification required; prior healthcare experience preferred; basic computer skills; English proficiency; BLS certification.

RN - WOUND CARE

Wound Care Nurse

Graduate of accredited nursing program; current RN license; wound care certification preferred; sharp debridement certification preferred; English proficiency; basic computer skills.

DIETICIAN - CLINICAL PRN

Dietitian

Bachelor's in Food and Nutrition; Registered Dietitian (RD/CDR); strong verbal/written communication; basic computer skills; English proficiency.

Wound Care Technician

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification; CPR training; 1-2 years nursing assistant experience; English literacy; CPR trained; related undergraduate work preferred.

High school diploma preferred; 1-3 years hospital housekeeping; English reading/writing/speaking required.
