Seasonal Support - Camps (Onboarding and Logistics)

Seasonal Support

Provide onboarding support, review staff forms, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-level customer service.

Executive Chef

5+ years culinary experience; 3–5 years management; Culinary degree or equivalent; ServSafe certification; able to work evenings/weekends; able to lift up to 50 lbs; proficient with ordering and admin software.

Director Associate Program - Camps - International

Two years of college or equivalent work experience; previous WinShape Camps staff experience preferred; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Two years of college or equivalent work experience; former WinShape Camps staff; strong communication, time management, and leadership; basic MS Office; able to maintain 25–29 hours/week in Atlanta; valid driver’s license.

Human Resources Business Partner

3+ years as HR Business Partner or HR generalist; experience in employee relations, performance, compliance; travel between Rome and Atlanta; Bachelor’s in HR/related field; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Associate Facilitator, Experience and Activities

Associate Facilitator

Part-time role delivering and assisting with experiential activities, requires ability to facilitate and oversee safe, engaging experiences; 0-2 years related experience; ability to work flexible schedule including some nights/weekends; CPR/First Aid and Level 1 ACCT certification within year; willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Server

Part-time server with 0-2 years hospitality experience; associate degree or equivalent; able to lift up to 25 lbs; flexible schedule including nights/weekends; valid driver’s license; self-starter and able to work independently or with a team.

Learning & Development Curriculum Creator & Facilitator

7+ yrs in training and development; 5+ yrs content design; 3–5 yrs people leadership; 7+ yrs in faith-based org; Bachelor's in Education/Communications/Human Resources/Marketing; Master's preferred in related fields; proficient with MS Office and project management; strong relationships and autonomous work ethic; active Christian faith.

Talent Experience Business Partner

HR Business Partner with 3+ years, strategic generalist, experience in employee relations, talent management, compensation, and change management; based in Rome, GA; travel to Atlanta as needed.
