High school or equivalent required; background check and drug test; must be 21+; prior youth mentoring experience helpful but not required.

 Residential Treatment Registered Nurse

Active Texas RN license; BSN preferred or ADN with experience; minimum 2 years in mental/behavioral health; experience with psychotropic meds; trauma-informed care knowledge; strong assessment and crisis management.

Pass background check, pass drug test, high school diploma or equivalent, must be 21+, prior youth mentorship experience helpful.

Boys Group Home Mentor

Background check, drug test, high school or equivalent required, must be 21+, prior experience helpful but not required.

Residential Treatment Line Staff

Pass criminal background check, pass drug test, high school or equivalent required, must be 21, previous experience helpful but not required.
