Job Responsibilities

As a Lead at Sizzler, you will:
- Assist management in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Mentor and coach crew members to uphold service and quality standards
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Step in to support team members in various roles during busy periods
- Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Communicate effectively between management and staff
- Help implement company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction

Pay Range: $15 per hour - $16 per hour

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
