Job Description

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Navy Veteran with extensive Ballistic Missile Defense and Technical Management experience as a Senior Naval Officer to fill the Senior BMD Program Manager position as part of the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team.

The Senior BMD Program Manager shall possess the rare skills sets developed during their Naval career in BMD training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management to assist the TTGP team in executing their mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 20+ years of Surface Navy including Technical Management as a Naval Officer supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Combat Systems Training Team or experience in scenario development, scripting, and role-playing.
  • Simulation configuration and operation experience preferably using Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF).
  • 5+ years as a BMD Subject Matter Expert.
  • BMD Combat Systems Coordinator/Watch Officer/Tactical Action Officer qualification with experience conducting BMD operations or equivalent joint/agency BMD operations.
  • Project planning.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess an active, DoD issued Secret security clearance.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an unspecified field of study from a university or accredited college, or equivalent operational experience.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
