Title: Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Field-Based)
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week) Includes weekends and occasional evenings

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support and oversee our retail and event-based marketing efforts.
This role combines event coordination, team leadership, and hands-on customer engagement. You will support and coach Lead Generators while actively participating in events to drive customer interest and generate leads.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, manage, and break down retail promotions, roadshows, and events
- Train, mentor, and support Lead Generation team members
- Monitor performance and provide coaching to meet engagement goals
- Step in as a Lead Generator at events and retail locations as needed
- Represent Carroll Water at trade shows, retail locations, and community events
- Engage customers, provide general product education, and collect qualified leads
- Share feedback with marketing leadership to improve campaigns
- Assist with additional marketing and outreach initiatives as needed

Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements
- Ability to travel to retail and event locations within the region
- Availability on weekends and occasional evenings
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in marketing, sales, retail, or event coordination
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (up to approximately 8 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
- Ability to use hands and arms for setup, breakdown, and customer engagement activities
