We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and quality-driven production of our products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards

- Coordinate and schedule production workflows to optimize efficiency and resource utilization

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

- Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through coaching and performance management

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory training is a plus
