Demonstrate the ability to perform both setup and operation of Trim Presses in accordance with documented procedures.
SAFETY: At all times, follow established safety practices (authorized LOTO certification required), 6S standards, maintain accurate records, and perform other activities as required in support of trim press operation.
QUALITY: Perform required quality checks and maintain accurate records of product characteristics as defined on the WIP tags and/or work instructions. Observe and report deviations from quality standards or issues relating to the trim press operation to the group leader and/or supervisor. Document and maintain records relative to critical process variables in support of Quality system requirements and process validation protocols.
DELIVERY: Perform functions related to trim press setup and run operations. Observe and report malfunctions or operating difficulties and take corrective actions as instructed by the group leader and/or supervisor.
COST: Act as a trainer/mentor to lower labor grade employees required to run trim presses and assist them as instructed by your group leader and/or supervisor.
