Job Description

Program Overview

As our business grows, talent development and investment in our people have never been more important, and our goal as a company is to provide avenues of growth and advancement for all employees. The Leadership Empowerment Program (LEP) is designed to cultivate the leadership skills of employees at all levels within the organization. The program focuses on enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective leadership. The LEP is structured to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience through workshops, mentorship, real-world projects, and continuous feedback.

Eligibility Requirements

LEP is open to all T&C employees that meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • One year of service with Thomas and Company
  • Supervisor approval to participate in program
    • Employees must have their manager sign a Manager Approval Form and submit it with their updated resume
  • Submission of an updated resume
  • Submission of a Zoom video recording answering the questions listed on the document titled Zoom Interview Questions
  • Be in good standing and free from any corrective action as part of the corrective action process in the last 6 months. Be meeting or exceeding departmental quality standards
  • Completion of the DISC Assessment emailed by Program Managers to participants selected for the live interview

Application Process

1. Submit your updated resume and Manager Approval Form here in ApplicantPool.

2. Upload to Sharefile a Zoom recorded video of you answering the application questions.

The deadline for the application process is July 2nd. All steps in the process must be completed by this deadline. Applicants will be automatically disqualified if they have not followed all the steps in the application process.

Selection Process

The Program Managers will review all submissions and select applicants for a live interview.
