Oversee the daily business functions of the assigned division or district section that may include financial management, project accounting and procurement activities.
How you will contribute:
Administrative and Business Support: Provide a variety of administrative support functions to assigned work unit. Interpret a variety of VDOT, State and Federal policies and procedures in daily work tasks. Fiscal and Budget: Coordinate financial and budgetary activities for assigned work unit. Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, reconcile data and prepare reports. Procurement: Develop, coordinate and oversee Division or District specific contracts that support the delivery of the core program. Review invoices and vouchers, make payments and reconcile data.
