About the Role

We are seeking a smart, energetic Technical Program
Manager / Product Manager to lead next‑generation telecom programs across 5G,
IoT, and Edge computing. This role requires strong ownership, program
execution, and relationship‑building skills to drive innovation and deliver
scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams spanning
engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
of high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive
  program execution for next‑gen telecom initiatives across 5G, IoT, and
  Edge technologies.
  
• Define
  product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business
  objectives.
  
• Manage
  cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder
  alignment.
  
• Own
  end‑to‑end program lifecycle: requirements, planning, execution, risk
  management, and delivery.
  
• Build
  strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
  adoption and long‑term value realization.
  
• Identify
  opportunities for innovation and scalability in telecom and intelligent
  connectivity solutions.
  
• Support
  go‑to‑market strategy with content, tools, and consistent value messaging.
  

Requirements

• 5–12
  years of experience in program management or product management.
  
• Strong
  expertise in telecom, IoT, or Edge computing ecosystems.
  
• Proven
  ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple
  stakeholders.
  
• Excellent
  communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
  
• Strong
  problem‑solving and execution mindset.
  

Good to Have

• Experience
  with AI‑native or cloud‑native solutions.
  
• Exposure
  to regulatory compliance, demand response, or aftermarket services.
  
• Hands‑on
  experience with customer engagement and NPS improvement.
  
• Publications
