| PRIMARY SKILLS |
| • 5-12 years of experience as functional consultant/ Business Analyst working with Banking and financial domains. |
| • Deep understanding of banking operations (retail, corporate, payments, lending, compliance) |
| • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration strategies. |
| • Ability to analyze the functional flow and its adaptation to the application. Ability to understand client pain points and map solutions effectively. |
| • Ability to work with internal teams (product, delivery, sales) and external clients |
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| Demo Environment set up and management |
| • Ensure demo systems are updated with the latest product features and data sets. |
| • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize demo setups. |
| • Create reusable demo templates and scripts for faster turnaround. |
| • Maintain a repository of demo assets, RFP templates, and best practices. |
| Client Facing Demos and Presentations |
| • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals |
| • Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners. |
| • Customize demo flows based on audience type (technical, business, executive). |
| • Address client queries during demos and provide real-time solutioning. |
| • Capture feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams for continuous improvement. |
| RFP/RFI Management |
| • Draft compelling and customized responses that align with client needs and highlight solution strengths. |
| • Track submission timelines and ensure compliance with client expectations. |
| Providing market inputs |
| • Providing input to product management on market demand and functional requirements in future releases |
| • Stay updated on product enhancements, competitor offerings, and industry trends. |
