PRIMARY SKILLS
•     5-12 years of experience as functional consultant/ Business Analyst working with Banking and financial domains. 
•     Deep understanding of banking operations (retail, corporate, payments, lending, compliance)
•     Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration strategies.
•     Ability to analyze the functional flow and its adaptation to the application. Ability to understand client pain points and map solutions effectively.
•     Ability to work with internal teams (product, delivery, sales) and external clients
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Demo Environment set up and management
•     Ensure demo systems are updated with the latest product features and data sets.
•     Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize demo setups.
•    Create reusable demo templates and scripts for faster turnaround.
•    Maintain a repository of demo assets, RFP templates, and best practices.
 
Client Facing Demos and Presentations
•     Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals
•     Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
•     Customize demo flows based on audience type (technical, business, executive).
•     Address client queries during demos and provide real-time solutioning.
•     Capture feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams for continuous improvement.
 
 RFP/RFI Management
•     Draft compelling and customized responses that align with client needs and highlight solution strengths.
•     Track submission timelines and ensure compliance with client expectations.
 
Providing market inputs
•     Providing input to product management on market demand and functional requirements in future releases
•     Stay updated on product enhancements, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
