As a Test Architecture Senior Manager - Operate, you will lead the charge in evaluating and validating software systems to identify defects and validate they meet specified requirements. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, combining technical skills with creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence and skills to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies to validate software quality and performance
- Managing and coordinating testing activities across multiple projects to align with client requirements and timelines
- Implementing automation testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy in software testing processes
- Overseeing defect management processes to identify, document, and resolve software issues effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Utilizing agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing and quality assurance processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in testing practices
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues, confirming system reliability
- Engaging with clients to validate outcomes, gather feedback, and refine testing approaches for optimal results
- Promoting the adoption of advanced testing methodologies and tools to support software and product innovation initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
