Job Description

What you will do:

As the Director, Manufacturing, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all US & Canadian manufacturing operations; serve as a key member of the North America Leadership Team; ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while delivering high‑quality products and supporting business growth.

Your most critical deliverables for this role are:

  • Accountable for a safe and secure work environment across all plant facilities
  • Partners with MD, NA and VP, Engineering to define NA manufacturing strategy; oversees execution to achieve designated KPIs
  • Mentors and empowers plant managers and engineering teams, with specific focus on change management and risk mitigation
  • Manages engineering budgets, standardization efforts, and process engineering for new product introduction
  • Partners with R&D to evaluate process impacts, and quality requirements before scale‑up
  • Oversees Lean initiatives, systems improvements, and process standardization


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 15+ years in compounding and continuous manufacturing process experience across multiple facilities
  • Track record of balancing functional expertise with business unit leadership responsibilities.
  • Superior influence and collaboration skills
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Deep knowledge of production operations, equipment, and processes
  • Experience leading organizational or process change
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% domestically
