Our growing State Farm agency is seeing a licensed Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys proactive outreach, and is passionate about helping individuals and families with their insurance and financial service's needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust pipeline of prospective customers through outbound prospecting activities
  • Generate new business opportunities through heavy phone outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking and community involvement
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales, activity and production goal.
  • Cross-sell and multi-line customers to provide comprehensive protection and increase customer retention
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospecting activities within agency CRM systems.
  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License (Required)
  • Previous Insurance sales experience (preferred)
  • State Farm experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospective customers.
  • Consistent with a strong work ethics and results oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Virtual communication tools.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
