  • The Role
  • We are looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial Account Executives who thrive in building markets from the ground up.
  • You have experience selling to small business owners and understand how quickly trust, clarity, and momentum drive decisions.
  • You know how to:
  • Build rapport quickly

  • Deliver compelling product demos
  • Create urgency and close confidently
  • This is a hybrid sales role combining field selling and virtual engagement. You will own your territory like a business — building a network of customers, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

  • What You Will Do?
  • Exceed sales targets through disciplined execution and accountability
  • Sell through a hybrid model — studio visits, local events, and virtual meetings
  • Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and referrals
  • Conduct strong discovery calls and high-impact product demos
  • Build deep relationships with customers and convert satisfied clients into referral sources
  • Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer launches
  • Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social)
  • Visit 5–10 businesses in your city every week to generate opportunities
  • Develop relationships with community leaders and strategic partners
  • Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline using Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas and KPIs


  • What You Need to Succeed?
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally with hybrid (in-person + virtual) selling
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners
  • Highly coachable, curious, and growth-oriented
  • Strong organizational discipline and follow-through
  • Comfort adopting new technology and AI-driven tools
  • Genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, Fireflies, PhoneBurner, ChatGPT, Lavender, Regie.ai, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
