What You’ll Do
- Partner
with the Restaurant General Manager to lead high-performing shifts and
deliver great guest experiences - Oversee
FOH & BOH team performance, fostering a fun, positive, and accountable
culture - Train,
coach, and onboard team members using Opus, LMS, and the 4-step training
method - Recognize
and reward top performance; address gaps with timely coaching - Execute
daily operations, including checklists, line checks, opening/closing
procedures, and cash handling - Monitor
and improve guest experience metrics (NPS, OSAT) - Ensure
compliance with food safety standards and local health regulations - Uphold
service standards by modeling exceptional hospitality every shift - Manage
labor, inventory, and food ordering to meet COGS targets and minimize loss
What You Bring:
- Prior
Shift Leader or supervisory experience - Completion
(or ability to complete) Train-the-Trainer program within 90 days - Strong
leadership, communication, and team development skills - High
attention to detail with solid time management and organization - Results-driven
mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Flexible
availability (nights, weekends, holidays) - Ability to
follow company standards and all regulatory requirements - Physical
stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a
high-temperature environment
