- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)

Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and maintain business data from various sources
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Data Analysis
- Analyze business performance metrics (sales, operations, financials, etc.)
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Provide actionable insights to management
- Dashboard & Tools Handling
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Automate reports wherever possible
- Process Improvement
- Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Suggest data-driven improvements for business operations
- Coordination
- Work with different departments to gather and validate data
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis requests
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Excel, or BI tools are an advantage
