Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce applications.

The ideal candidate will work as an individual contributor, owning one or more Hybris modules end-to-end and driving technical design, development, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable e-commerce applications using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Java
  • Own assigned Hybris backend modules end-to-end (design → development → deployment → support)
  • Develop and integrate REST / SOAP APIs, OCC services, and SAP integrations
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security
  • Implement secure coding practices using tools like SonarQube / Coverity
  • Troubleshoot performance issues using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
  • Drive unit testing, automation, and TDD practices
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environment
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues


Requirements

  • 4+ years of overall experience in enterprise application development
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Strong expertise in:
               Java / J2EE
               Spring / Spring Boot
               SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2 preferred)
               OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
               REST / SOAP APIs
               JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with:
              Hybris modules (Cart, Checkout, OMS, Catalog, etc.)
              CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
              Secure coding & DevSecOps practices
              Performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
  • Hybris Module Experience (Minimum 2 Required)

  • SAP Hybris certification
